Job Overview:
As an IT Sales Manager, you will lead the sales team and drive revenue growth by developing strategic
sales initiatives, leveraging personal and industry connections, and expanding business opportunities in
IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and cloud computing. This role requires strong leadership, market
expertise, and the ability to close high-ticket deals with enterprise clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the sales process and customer experience.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand business in key industries such as
healthcare, finance, retail, and construction.
Utilize personal and professional networks to generate high-value leads and enhance business
opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives, IT managers, procurement
teams, and key decision-makers.
Identify new business opportunities through industry linkages, networking events,
partnerships, and referrals.
Lead and manage the sales team, setting performance targets and ensuring consistent
achievement of sales goals.
Oversee the sales pipeline, tracking leads, follow-ups, and conversions using CRM tools.
Negotiate and close complex, high-value deals with enterprise clients.
Provide accurate sales forecasts, performance reports, and revenue projections to senior
management.
Stay updated on the latest IT trends, cybersecurity threats, and cloud computing advancements.
Represent Techtrix Arabia at IT expos, conferences, and industry events to build brand presence
and expand professional connections.
